Refund policy

At Cup Care, we aim to provide clear and transparent information regarding refunds, damaged products, and order cancellations. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final.

Cup Care does not accept returns or exchanges, including for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer

  • Dissatisfaction with the product

  • Promotional or sale items

  • Gift cards

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the product and the issue

  • Photos of the packaging where relevant

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

You do not need to send the product back unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

3. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer

  • General dissatisfaction with the product

A refund may be issued if:

  • An item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive an incorrect item

  • We are unable to provide an appropriate replacement

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

4. Order Cancellations

We process orders as quickly as possible.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has entered processing or has been shipped.

5. Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send products back to Cup Care without contacting us first.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
